Changing or cancelling an order
If you wish to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible via e-mail: [email protected] or by telephone on +32 496 90 12 10 . Always keep your order number at hand. This can be found on the order confirmation.
After the confirmation of your order you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. This order confirmation contains an overview of the products ordered and their quantity, the price, the order number, the payment method and the delivery address.
Product not in stock?
If our stock is temporarily out of stock, we will inform you by e-mail. As soon as this product is available again, it will be shipped to you. In case of doubt, the entrepreneur reserves the right to refuse an order of any kind. The price you pay will be the price you see at the time of ordering. Previously seen prices are no longer valid and enforceable. The Buyer declares to have correctly filled in all the information required to place the order and that the method of payment belongs to him.
