Order received

A fast delivery is our main concern therefore we will do everything possible to deliver the order as soon as possible. However, the above-mentioned entrepreneur is not responsible for late deliveries. The shipping costs, as indicated with the order, are at the expense of the buyer.

Damaged

It is recommended to open the package upon delivery. In case of obvious damage to the package or if something is missing, you cannot accept the shipment and return it to the supplier. We will therefore take the necessary steps to provide you with the correct or undamaged product as soon as possible. Should there still be a problem, it is best to contact us within 24 hours via [email protected] or by telephone on +32 496 90 12 10. Damages to the packaging caused by the seller, more than necessary to assess the product, are the responsibility of the buyer and these products cannot be returned.

Return or exchange?

If you do not like a product, you can return it to us within 14 days after receipt: PigeonFeed, Venecolaan 52A, 9880 Aalter (Belgium). Make sure the package is sufficiently stamped and enclose the return/exchange form with your name, your address, your bank account number and the order number. After receipt PigeonFeed will refund the purchase price as soon as possible. Legally this must be done within 30 calendar days. It goes without saying that the article in question can only be returned in an undamaged and unused state, and in its original packaging. Purchased products can no longer be returned if the packaging has been opened, products or liquids have been mixed, the packaging has been removed, the product has not been returned, was damaged by the buyer or in case of a product with a limited shelf life. The costs of return shipment are at the expense of the buyer.
